Paella with Chopped Green Salad

For my second attempt, I went for Paella.  A very heavy mixed dish with rice, chicken, seafood, known to many as a traditional Spanish dish.




Here's how the monster looks with the salad next to it.  Wouldn't do without a touch of green.

A close-up of the salad.  Chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, avacado, alfalfa sprouts, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and barely a splash of red wine vinegar.
