Well, I tried this recipe before about a year ago and you can see it HERE.
I figured I would give it another go; this time I used lemon zest in the crumb mix rather than lemon juice:
Unfortunately, I think I went a bit overboard with the parsley (which I had a surplus of, and wanted to unload):
The finished product is not easy on the eyes (my previous outing produced a better-looking dish), but I was lucky to find out that it still proved a tasty product.
